Today, I am thrilled to share the launch of Swoop’s evolved brand identity — a bold step forward that reflects not just who we are today but where we are headed as a leader in healthcare marketing innovation. Over the past six months, I’ve had the privilege of working with one of the most talented B2B marketing teams in the industry to bring this vision to life. Together, we set out to align our brand expression with the groundbreaking technology and strategic vision that define Swoop.  

Aligning for Impact: The Motivation Behind Our Brand Update 

At its core, this brand evolution is about signaling Swoop’s position as the industry leader — a trusted innovator with deep domain expertise. Swoop is more than an audience partner. We are an advanced data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning platform that transforms how marketers understand, activate, and engage with their audiences across all channels in a privacy-safe way. Our brand is more than a logo. It’s a dynamic representation of our purpose, values, and the energy we bring to the industry.  

Honoring Our Roots 

Throughout this journey, we’ve honored the strong foundation Swoop was built upon. Swoop President Scott Rines captured our guiding principle perfectly: “We have the ability to solve a lot of problems as long as we do it in a way that puts the patient first.” This commitment to putting patients first has been the north star for our marketing team as we refined our vision, mission, belief, and overall brand identity.

Our brand evolution is anchored in these principles:

  • Mission: To create a future where technology seamlessly connects patients and healthcare providers along their health journey by:

Our new brand idea, “Swoop Transforming Omnichannel,” reflects our unwavering commitment to redefining how healthcare marketers engage with audiences. From understanding patients and healthcare professionals' audiences, our refreshed brand expression goes beyond aesthetics. 

Our new tagline, “Transforming Omnichannel,” is more than just words. It’s a declaration of our vision and mission in action, representing our promise to the industry to lead the charge in innovative, privacy-first, and data-driven solutions.  

A Bigger, Bolder Identity 

Our refreshed brand expression goes beyond aesthetics. This transformation is about creating a deeper, more meaningful connection with our stakeholders while staying true to our mission of driving better healthcare outcomes through privacy-safe precision and innovation.
