At MyHealthTeam, Eric built one of the largest digital patient support networks, serving more than 30 million people worldwide. His vision of patient-first healthcare is deeply ingrained in Swoop’s approach. Eric’s commitment to inclusivity is further demonstrated by the recent launch of two Spanish-language networks ensuring that language and cultural differences do not hinder access to support and information. He believes that, “the most important thing we can do is fall in love with the problems patients face, not fall in love with our own product,” which is a core principle driving Swoop’s mission to improve the health journey through innovative technology.
