Inferences, meaning inferences drawn from the above-listed categories of Personal Data to create a consumer profile reflecting consumer preferences or characteristics. 

We collect the categories of Personal Data identified below. As indicated in the chart, some of these categories we “sell” or “share” (as such terms are defined in U.S. law) for marketing and advertising purposes to business partners and third parties, such as data analytics providers, advertising technology vendors, third-party advertising networks, and social media platforms.

We may also sell or disclose certain identifiers and biographical information to our partners, including service providers, research/analytics partners, and marketing/advertising vendors.

We collect this information to fulfill the purposes outlined in “The Business and Commercial Purposes for which we Collect and Use your Information” section of the Swoop Privacy Statement. The sources of this information are detailed in the “How We Collect Information” section of Swoop’s Privacy Statement. We may share the collected information as described in the “How we Disclose or Share your Information” section of Swoop’s Privacy Statement, including the purposes for disclosure and the categories of recipients.

We do not knowingly collect, use, sell or share Personal Data about persons under the age of 18.
